1. Can I choose the day of the week, domestic cleaner comes?

Yes, you can specify the day of the week you want the cleaner to come. If for any reason your request cannot be met you will be presented with alternative options.


2. Will I have the same house cleaner each week?

Yes, you will have the same cleaner looking after your home on regular basis. We will not replace your cleaner unless you request the change yourself.


3. What happens if I am at work? Can my cleaner come?

Yes, you can leave a set of keys with the cleaner. You don’t have to be in on the day the cleaner comes.


4. What is the minimum number of hours?

The minimum is 2 hours a week, or 3 hours fortnightly.


5. Do you provide replacement if my domestic cleaner is sick or goes on holiday?

Yes, we will find you a replacement cleaner who will continue the regular cleaning service at your home.


6. What happens if I go away?

If you go away or on holiday and you don’t need your cleaner, please let us know as soon as possible and we will inform the cleaner. You do not have to pay the cleaner for this period.


7. Who pays the cleaner, you or me?

Our regular clients pay directly to the cleaner per hour rate on the day of work. If you require a one-off cleaning, different rates will apply.


8. What do I do if the cleaner doesn’t turn up?

If this should happen, please call us and we can arrange another cleaner to come.


9. Who provides the cleaning materials and equipment?

We have found that the most economical and hygienic approach is to use your cleaning materials. It avoids pet hair or mites travelling from one customer’s house to another and also your house will feel and smell exactly as you would like it to.
